The staff was efficient and very friendly, offered good services. The location was perfect still close to city center served by multiple bus lines. It was also very close to frequent buses and a good local transport system, the centre of Edinburgh, and bus stop which took ten minutes to get to centre.
Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.
